Why Choose Us

We have a high success rate of winning construction defect cases for clients whose homes have been badly damaged by shoddy design or construction. We are different than most firms that do this work because all of the lawyers here used to work for defense firms that represented construction professionals and their insurance companies, so we know how the other side thinks. We understand the industry. And, unlike a lot of firms, we are not afraid to try cases where our clients are not being offered what they deserve in settlement.

Time Matters in Construction Defect Cases

Seeking legal counsel as soon as possible is extremely important in Colorado because the time frame to bring a claim is often very short. If you do not bring a claim within the required time frame, it may be barred forever. Typically, the time frame for bringing a claim against a construction professional is two years from the date that you become aware or should have become aware of the defect at issue.

In Colorado, there is a statutory framework that requires individuals involved in construction defect disputes to attempt to resolve matters outside of the courtroom before they are allowed to file suit. If matters cannot be resolved through negotiation, litigation may be necessary.

We are highly experienced trial lawyers who have gained the respect of other counsel, arbiters, mediators and judges, and we have an established reputation in the construction industry. We stand ready to handle your case through trial to obtain the result that you deserve.
